Obama's aides furious at McCain
Landing at Baghdad Airport is a white-knuckle experience -- as Tony Snow and Bush consigliere Dan Bartlett famously illustrated:

As a perfect example of just how unbalanced John McCain is, security for Obama's trip has been compromised by none other than Insane McCain himself:
For weeks now, Barack Obama has closely guarded the details of his planned fact-finding trips to Afghanistan and Iraq, citing security concerns.
But Friday, the Democratic presidential hopeful's Republican rival, John McCain, may have let the secret out of the bag - infuriating some Obama supporters and putting Camp McCain on the defensive.
"I believe that either today or tomorrow - and I'm not privy to his schedule - Sen. Obama will be landing in Iraq with some other senators."
Why not broadcast when Obama's scheduled for his mandatory shopping spree in a Baghdad market? Amazing.
Recall that when McCain descended on Baghdad, he had 100 heavily armed U.S. troops backed by attack helicopters and snipers watching his back during his UNANNOUNCED visit.
Meanwhile, Hillary's dusting off her old primary speeches ...

Doesn't General Petraeus ride around Iraq in an unarmored Hum-V?
