Long time LS member and Southern patriot, Stan Poston recently under went surgery to remove a stage IV malignant brain tumour. The procedure went well, and Stan's doctor was able to remove a considerable amount of the mass. The League joins with the Poston family in their joy and praise to the Lord for Stan's excellent post surgical results, and we will continue to pray for his total recovery.

Stan and his family are moving forward with an all natural approach to address the remaining mass of the tumour. While many of the natural treatments that Stan will need are excellent and effective, insurance does not cover them. As a result, the Poston family will be forced to raise the needed funds for treatment and travel. Obviously, they can not do this alone. A few of Stan's friends requested that the family set-up a means where they and others could send their financial assistance to help Stan. The LS thinks this is an excellent idea, and we have decided to make our members and supporters aware of the need, so that they too could lend their much needed support.
